This Lowara Cat 5 Booster Set monitors the system pressure and as the water demand increases the pressure will decrease and the pump will start and continue to run until the demand has stopped, after that the pressure will increase to the set point. The variable speed Booster Sets have a run on timer that overrides the pressure switch for a set period to minimise the number of starts per hour.
