Products purchased under £100.00 will incur a £6.95 delivery charge.
Free shipping for in stock items over £100.00 is usually 3-5 working days to mainland UK*.
Free delivery relates to MOST products on the website over the value of £100.00 (excluding VAT).

Next day shipping is only available for stock items which are ordered before 14:00 at a charge of £12.50*. Any orders that are placed after this time will be processed the following day.
Specified delivery times are based on orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday (excludes Weekends and Bank Holidays) - for more details please contact us. Timed deliveries may incur an additional charge.
Weekend or orders placed on a Bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.

During Christmas and New Year our warehouse will be closed. Orders over this period will be dispatched on the first working day after New Year.
Delivery times are subject to change if the item is out of stock with our supplier. There are products on our website that are not stocked at our warehouse, nor with our manufacturer's UK warehouses, therefore lead times can vary. This is why we recommend you contact us prior to purchasing to check current stock levels and lead times.
If you are not available to take a delivery on the specified date, you must let us know immediately. If we attempt to deliver your order and no-one is in, a re-delivery charge may be incurred.
As we use 3rd party delivery agents, Complete Pump Supplies are unable to guarantee that all deliveries will be the next working day. Complete Pump Supplies will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of markets, loss of reputation, loss of customers, loss of use, loss of an opportunity even if we had knowledge that such damages or loss might arise or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or loss howsoever arising.

Standard Delivery Orders over £100.00 (3-5 working days)* - Free
Next Working Day Delivery (on orders placed before 2pm)* - £12.50 Any orders that are placed after this time will be processed the following day.

Items sold as surplus stock are not subject to a standard warranty. However if they are found to be defective after 6 months you can still return the items for inspection. If found to be a manufacturing fault rather than an installation fault you will be able to claim a full or partial refund.
Cancellation and Returns Policy
Unused, unopened items may be returned at the buyers expense for credit upon Complete Pump Supplies prior written consent and upon the terms specified by Complete Pump Supplies. A restocking and handling charge computed at the minimum rate of 10% of the total invoice price excluding taxes on such returned items will be assessed on any such return.
Sensitive electronic items such as PCB's and gas valves will not be excepted for return due to the nature of the product. if the item is faulty then a replacement will be charged for and a credit issued once the manufacturer has agreed to the fault with the item to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you.
The buyer assumes all risk of loss of such returned goods until actual receipt and acceptance by Complete Pump Supplies. Complete Pump Supplies will not take any responsibility for items lost or damaged in the mail. Complete Pump Supplies cannot refund any carriage charges incurred when sending a pump back.
Please note all items have to be inspected before any replacements or credits can be issued. The turnaround can take up to and beyond a month in some circumstances. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the returned pump arrives safely.
Returned Grundfos pumps will incur an minimum £350 warranty inspection fee, which will be credited back to customer if the fault is found to be the manufacturers.
Pumps to inspected under warranty must arrive back to us before the end of their warranty date.
Right to cancel or refund
Customers have a period of 14 days from the day they receive the goods to notify Complete Pump Supplies that they wish to cancel or return an item, Once Complete Pump Supplies have been notified, the customers have a further 14 days to send the goods back at their own cost.
If the goods are damaged or faulty please contact our Customer Service Team on 0808 168 6767 who will process the claim for you.
In order to process a return you must obtain a GIRN (Goods In Return Number) To obtain this number please call 0808 168 6767. Once this number has be verified with our support staff please complete the pdf returns document and return along with your package. Please note returns will not be processed without a GIRN or Invoice Number.
If returning an item due to a fault, some manufactures will require the pump to be sent directly to them to determine if the fault was caused by a manufacturing defect or incorrect installation*. If the item's fault was caused by an installation fault. A refund will not be offered. If the fault was a manufacturing fault, a full refund or replacement will be provided. A full pump report will be provided upon request.
Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us as soon as possible (please note that this is 48 hours). If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, simply refuse the delivery. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.
