For new build and replacement, POLYTANK comes with all fittings as a full and complete package. This package is stored inside the tank and factory sealed to ensure you have everything on site. All rectangular POLYTANK Cold Water Loft Tanks come complete with the PT kit inside the tank.

To ensure a long service life, all plastic products should be handled with care at all times. Polytanks have been specially designed for strength and appearance, and they are very robust, but they can be damaged.

Always test carefully to avoid embarrassment. It is unavoidable that a tank will be damaged during the multi-handling of the Polytank from manufacturers to merchants to plumber to site to cupboard or loft.

Install insulation as part of your PT2 package to ensure your Polytank delivers good quality drinking water to your taps and meets all British Standards.

Ascertain that the warning pipe can accommodate the incoming supply. Fit a restrictor to the inlet if necessary.

PT2 Package consisting of:

• Polytank Byelaw 30 kit and fitting instructions

   

• 1/2" BS1212 Part 2 ball valve and 4 1/2" float

   

• Ball valve back plate

   

• 22mm compression tank connector

   

• 15mm x 1/2" angled service valve

   

• Insulation and ties
