Servicing

Complete Pump Supplies operate a network of Service Engineers located throughout the UK via our service partner, AGM. Our distribution of engineers means that we are typically less than 4 hours away from attending to a customer call out.

We focused heavily on solving various complex operational and technical problems as well as providing technical support for our Service Engineers. We take great satisfaction in finishing projects on schedule, on budget, and without ever leaving a customer waiting or a problem unanswered. Because of our high level of service, our clients always choose us first.

We recommend our annual service contract to ensure the effective running of your booster set, minimising downtime and supply interruptions. Regular service visits are included in these competitively priced contracts to monitor, modify, and repair plant as needed to extend system life.

After each visit, a thorough report will be provided for your planned maintenance files, and any further work is guaranteed. If additional work is necessary, we will provide you with a detailed quotation describing your options for the unit.
