The Stuart Turner MAINSBOOST Composite MB 250CV-3 delivers the full performance of the standard MAINSBOOST range in a vessel that is 30% lighter than the steel version. This lightweight composite body is easy to handle, simplifying installation, particularly in tight or hard-to-reach areas. Its unique construction ensures superior water hygiene, making it the preferred solution for healthcare facilities.

The MB 250CV-3 is specifically designed for 'direct on mains' systems (like unvented hot water cylinders and combination boilers) when your incoming pressure is above 2.5 bar but the flow is too weak to meet demand. These vessel systems operate silently and do not require an electrical supply.

The MB 250CV-3 has a nominal vessel size of 250 litres per vessel, providing approximately 137.5 litres of cold water storage capacity per vessel. Installation is significantly simplified thanks to the included compact MAINSBOOST Monobloc 22mm Upstream Kit (USK).

You can easily expand the system's cold water storage capacity by adding one or more MAINSBOOST Add-on units. If your incoming mains pressure is below 2.5 bar, a MAINSBOOST Charger pump can be used to boost the pressure in conjunction with the system.
