Calpeda AGAP pump sets are a range of economically priced, fixed speed single pump cat 5 booster sets, consist of a bronze pump with automatic control system on a mild steel base with a 80 litre cold water storage cistern. The units are designed to prevent backflow of possible contaminated water into the mains water system, whilst maintaining a pressurised cold water supply to the equipment.

The Idromat controller is equipped with a flow and pressure sensor, built in check valve and 0 - 12 bar pressure gauge. Designed for automatic control of the pump and has dry running protection. 

The Calpeda AGAP pump system with cistern is designed to meet the requirements of the water supply (water fittings) regulations 1999 in respect of a type AB air gap at the point of use or discharge of "quality non-domestic water”. A servicing valve with a relevant BSI kite mark, CE mark or WRAS approval must be fitted in the cistern water supply pipe prior to the float operated valve.
